This plugin do all that it promises to do, easy setup and customization.

This plugin functions as expected, is easy to use and looks good. Easy to modify background color, type etc.
The fix below to remove the disclaimer from pages works well.
If you need a simple plugin to display a disclaimer for a multi-author site, this is the one.
