Patient data in the Free Core is limited to information needed for appointment operations. The booking form is not intended for diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical records. ### Upgrade from the pre-review beta Deactivate the older pre-WordPress.org beta build before activating this slug-renamed package. The installer includes a one-time migration for the previous beta database tables, plugin options, staff role, and reminder cron event.
