It is primarily aimed at businesses and establishments that need to receive and manage customer claims and complaints through the Internet. The plugin provides a registration form, unique code generation, status tracking, and administration tools directly from the WordPress dashboard. #### Key Features * Registration form for claims and complaints. * Integrated data validation. * Unique consecutive code generation per year. * Status tracking system for claims. * Administrative dashboard to view and manage registered claims. * Detailed claim view. * No WooCommerce required. * Native WordPress integration. ### Privacy This plugin connects to an external license validation server (desarrolloperu.com) only when the user manually enters and activates a license key in the plugin settings. No data is sent or collected automatically. ### External services This plugin can optionally connect to Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service, to protect the public claim submission form against spam and automated abuse. This connection is not automatic: it only happens if the site administrator explicitly enables the “Protección Anti-Spam” option on the plugin’s settings screen (disabled by default), which additionally requires the free “Simple Cloudflare Turnstile” companion plugin to be installed, active, and configured with a Cloudflare site key. When enabled, the plugin loads Cloudflare’s Turnstile script (https://challenges. cloudflare.com/turnstile/v0/api.js) on the public claim submission form so that Cloudflare can run its bot-detection challenge. As part of this, the visitor’s IP address, user-agent, and other browser/connection signals are sent to Cloudflare’s servers. This service is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.: [Cloudflare Terms of Service](https://www.cloudflare.com/website-terms/), [Cloudflare Privacy Policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/), [Turnstile Privacy Addendum](https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/). ## Screenshots [⌊Complaints Book form.⌉⌊Complaints Book form.⌉[ Complaints Book form.
