## Description

Depakar Contact Form provides a practical form builder for WordPress:

 * Templates for contact, quote, course enquiry, feedback, or blank forms
 * Field builder with file uploads, dropdowns, and more
 * Secure local entry storage with email attempt logs
 * AJAX submissions with field-level validation
 * Optional confirmation emails and HTML notifications
 * Form preview in the builder, template picker, and forms list
 * Gutenberg block and `[depacofo_form id="N"]` shortcode
 * Optional HTTPS webhook / ERP outbound JSON with retry logs
 * Email alert when an ERP sync fails, including the reason and submission content
 * Privacy policy guidance plus personal data export and erase tools
 * Spam protection: honeypot, timing check, math CAPTCHA, or reCAPTCHA v2

The plugin reports email status as accepted or failed based on whether WordPress
accepted the message. Use an SMTP plugin for reliable delivery.

### External services

This plugin can optionally connect to Google reCAPTCHA v2 for spam protection on
form submissions.

When a form uses reCAPTCHA v2 and a visitor submits the form, the plugin loads Google’s
reCAPTCHA JavaScript from Google and, on submit, sends the visitor’s reCAPTCHA response
token (and optionally the visitor IP address) to Google’s siteverify API so the
submission can be checked as human. This only happens when the site owner enables
reCAPTCHA and configures site/secret keys. Math CAPTCHA, honeypot, and timing checks
run entirely on your WordPress site and do not call Google.

Google reCAPTCHA is provided by Google LLC:
 * Terms of Service: https://policies.
google.com/terms * Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy * reCAPTCHA
Terms: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/

Optional webhooks / ERP endpoints are configured by the site owner. When enabled,
submission field values are POSTed as JSON to the HTTPS URL the site owner sets.
That destination is chosen by the site owner, not by this plugin. Review that service’s
own terms and privacy policy before enabling a webhook.

## Installation

    ZIP.

## FAQ

### What is the shortcode?

[depacofo_form id=”123″]. Replace 123 with your form ID. Add `show_title="yes"`
to show the form name.

### Does every form create a database table?

No. All forms share structured tables connected by form and entry IDs.

### Does uninstall delete my data?

Only if you enable “Delete all forms, entries, and logs when the plugin is deleted”
under Settings.

### How do webhooks work?

Enable a HTTPS endpoint under Form settings. Each submission is POSTed as JSON.
Optional HMAC uses the `X-DEPACOFO-Signature` header.

## Changelog

#### 1.2.0

 * WordPress.org review: use the unique 8-character `depacofo` / `DEPACOFO` prefix
on classes, functions, defines, options, tables, shortcodes, AJAX actions, script
handles, menu slugs, and nonces. Shortcode is `[depacofo_form]`.

#### 1.1.12

 * WordPress.org review: document Google reCAPTCHA and optional webhooks, set Contributors
to depakar, remove directory assets from the plugin package, drop unprefixed
legacy aliases, and prefix remaining admin nonce actions / script handles.

#### 1.1.11

 * Admin pages use outer padding and a wider content max-width (1480px / 1600px
   Create Form).

#### 1.1.10

 * Admin cards and sections have clearer inner padding on every screen.

#### 1.1.9

 * Blank Form is listed first on the Create Form screen.

#### 1.1.8

 * Entries screen lists every form table so you can choose which form submissions
   to open.

#### 1.1.7

 * Admin screens use full content width (removed .depacofo-admin / settings max-
   width caps).

#### 1.1.6

 * Fix source URL on subdirectory installs (local WAMP no longer doubles /Succeedlearn/).

#### 1.1.5

 * Create Form screen: full-width layout, three templates per row, and a live form
   preview inside each card.

#### 1.1.4

 * Settings screen UI refresh: separate cards for defaults, reCAPTCHA, ERP alerts,
   and uninstall.

#### 1.1.3

 * Entries screen UI refresh: labeled filters, Reset, and clearer cards so each
   form keeps its own table.

#### 1.1.2

 * Field layout can place two, three, or four neighboring fields on one row.
 * Radio buttons and checkboxes can show their choices on one line.

#### 1.1.1

 * Submit button text and color can be edited on the form editor, above the preview.

#### 1.1.0

 * Entries opened from a form stay on that form, with Fields and Form settings still
   available.

#### 1.0.9

 * Form settings cards fit their content. Confirmation and webhook fields stay hidden
until those options are turned on.

#### 1.0.8

 * Button color choices on the form editor and Form settings.
 * Extra space above the submit button.

#### 1.0.7

 * The builder preview no longer blocks Save Form with the browser required-field
   message.

#### 1.0.6

 * Each field can be full width or half width. Two half-width fields sit on one
row. On small screens they stack.

#### 1.0.5

 * Entries are listed in a separate table for each form.
 * Forms with webhook sync show an ERP sync column (Synced, Failed, or Not synced).

#### 1.0.4

 * Email alert when an ERP sync fails, with an admin-editable recipient.

#### 1.0.3

 * After-submit redirect: enable toggle, thank-you page picker, and custom URL.
 * Entries table shows submitted field values; filter by form for per-field columns.
 * Forms list shows entry counts with a direct Entries link.
 * Site-wide Google reCAPTCHA v2 keys under Settings (forms can inherit them).

#### 1.0.2

 * Focusable success/error alerts with scroll-into-view after AJAX submit.
 * Honeypot field further hidden from assistive tech (`inert` / aria-hidden).
 * Submit button text alignment polish.

#### 1.0.1

 * Webhook field mapping UI on Form settings.
 * Gutenberg block form dropdown (no raw ID required).
 * Drag-and-drop field reorder in the builder.
 * Stronger aria-live announcements on AJAX success/error.
 * License header naming cleanup.

#### 1.0.0

 * Initial public release as Depakar Contact Form (renamed from FormMailbox).
 * Form settings screen separate from the field builder.
 * Live side preview, template preview, and forms-list preview.
 * AJAX submissions, file uploads, HTML mailer, webhooks, privacy tools.
