The delay refers to the time between when an order is marked as Completed in WooCommerce and when a Delighted survey is sent to the customer. The delay options include: Instantly (no delay) 1 day 1 week 2 weeks 1 month ### What properties are captured from the WooCommerce order ? These below mentioned properties are captured from woocommerce order: 1. Customer id 2. Customer phone 3. Site url 4. Order created date 5. Order fullfilment date 6. Order id 7. Order item quantity 8. Order total amount 9. Order currency 10. Shipping city 11. Shipping country 12. Shipping company 13. Shipping state 14. Shipping method 15.
