The plugin provides a seamless integration with CYBREED’s chat service, allowing you to: * Add an AI chat widget to your website * Customize where the chat appears * Manage chat settings directly from WordPress * View chat conversations and analytics * Train your AI with custom knowledge #### Features * Easy setup and configuration * Flexible display options (all pages, specific pages, or exclude pages) * Customizable chat appearance * Real-time conversation tracking * Advanced AI training capabilities #### Requirements * WordPress 6.5 or higher * PHP 7.4 or higher * A CYBREED account (free or paid) ### External services This plugin establishes a connection between your website and the CyBreed platform via an API, making it easy to access and configure the chat widget from the platform. Additionally, these connections allow direct communication with one of our chat models which helps you configure or understand how the plugin works. #### Data Collection Automatically Generated Identifiers (UUIDs): We generate and store random UUIDs to match ongoing conversations. These UUIDs help us keep track of session information but do not include personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, email, or other direct identifiers. Non-Personal Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including device information, browser type, and usage data. This information is generally used to improve our Services. Conversations and Content: Conversations you have on CyBreed may be processed through our integrations with OpenAI. We do not sell these conversations or share them for marketing purposes. They are stored or cached as necessary to facilitate the AI- driven functionalities, subject to OpenAI’s own terms and conditions. All this data is managed when you interact with the plugin or the implemented chat widget of your choice, as well as the helper widget displayed on the plugin’s dashboard. Upload the plugin files to `/wp-content/plugins/cybreed`, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. Use the CYBREED menu item to configure the plugin. 4. Log in with your CYBREED account or create a new one. 5. Select your organization and chat, then configure display settings. ## FAQ ### Do I need a CYBREED account? Yes, you need a CYBREED account to use this plugin.
