He never answered. When I visited him, he told me, “I paid a lot for that website, but I don’t check those emails. It is all spam.” He did not need a complicated CRM. He simply needed to see the real customers who had contacted him today. That is why we built Customers Today. Your contact forms should bring you customers. But real enquiries can easily get lost between spam, marketing emails, automatic messages, and different form tools. Customers Today puts everything in one simple list. It finds the real customers, shows you what they need, and tells you who is waiting for an answer. When a new customer arrives, you can receive a notification on your phone. You can read the enquiry and respond from anywhere. There is no need to open WordPress or search through your email inbox. Not every business needs a complicated CRM. Customers Today gives you a simple list of real customers who are ready to buy and waiting for your response. #### Connect the forms you already use Customers Today connects directly with: * Contact Form 7 * Elementor Pro Forms * WPForms * Fluent Forms * Gravity Forms Your normal form emails will continue to work. Customers Today simply adds each new enquiry to your customer list. Using a different form or submission tool? Every business in Customers Today gets its own private email address. Add this address to any system that can send an email. Its enquiries will then appear in Customers Today too. #### Find real customers in the noise Customers Today uses AI to read incoming messages and find the ones sent by real customers. It can: * Separate customer enquiries from spam and marketing messages. * Find available names, email addresses, and phone numbers. * Create a short and clear summary. * Highlight enquiries that may need quick attention. You still control every decision and every response. #### Check and answer from anywhere The Customers Today mobile app notifies you when a new customer arrives. Customers Today works inside WordPress, but your account and password stay secure on the Customers Today website. WordPress never receives your Customers Today password. Customers Today is a product and service of UnitedUnits B.V. ### External services This plugin connects to the Customers Today service, operated by UnitedUnits B.V. The service is required to connect the WordPress site to a Customers Today business account, deliver customer enquiries, and display enquiry information in the plugin’s WordPress administration screens. The plugin does not provide its enquiry-management functionality without this service. The plugin does not contact the service until a site administrator deliberately starts the connection process. The administrator is sent to https://customerstoday. app/ to authorize the connection. The plugin then communicates with https://api. customerstoday.app/ using the resulting authorization and connection credentials. These requests are made when the administrator connects or disconnects the account, opens a Customers Today administration screen, creates an email forwarding address, or changes an enquiry’s status. After the administrator enables a supported form integration, the plugin sends data only after a successful submission of an enabled form. The transmitted data can include the submitter’s name, email address and phone number; the enquiry subject and message; the submission time; the source page URL and title; the form name and identifier; the form provider; the site locale; and minimal plugin metadata required to process and diagnose the delivery. Failed deliveries may be stored temporarily in the site’s private retry queue and sent again automatically. Customers Today does not replace or stop your existing form emails. ### Which form plugins can I connect directly? Customers Today supports Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms, and Gravity Forms. ### Can I use another form or submission system? Yes. If the system can send an email, you can add your private Customers Today address as a recipient. ### What does the AI do? It helps find real customer enquiries, collect available contact details, summarize each request, and highlight messages that may need attention. ### Can I use Customers Today on my phone? Yes. The Android app sends notifications and lets you review and answer enquiries from your phone. The iPhone app is coming soon. ### What information is sent?
