Sign-Up Procedure

• To signup copy and paste the URL (https://cpgdashboard.coralpay.com/merchantportal/#/signup) to your browser.
• Provide all required information
• Click on the “Register” button
• An Email will be sent to the email address provided
• Verify your email address by clicking on the link in the verification email received
• Create a password for your profile. The password must be a minimum of 16 characters long with at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number and 1 special character.
• After a successful login to your profile, complete your company information, settlement bank account details, webhook URL and other information as required on the portal
• Click on the Developer’s tab on the portal to access your production credentials
• Copy the MerchantID, username and password to your WordPress account
• Send an email containing your merchant ID to RBE@coralpay.com to commence KYC
• Send an email containing your IP address and webhook (callback) to CORALPAY-NETWORK@coralpay.com to permit your platform to receive payment notification.
• We will notify you once your profile has been activated.

External Services

This plugin connects to two proprietary APIs (Test API and Production API) provided by the plugin author for payment processing and verification.

The following data is transmitted to the CoralPay API during usage:

1. Transaction Details:

   • Amount
   • Currency
   • Payment method
   • Order ID

2. User Information:

   • User’s name
   • Email address
   • Email phone

3. Technical Details:

   • API Credentials (for authentication)
   • Site domain (for service identification)

When the Data is Sent

Data is sent to the CoralPay API under the following conditions:
– When a user initiates a payment or transaction.

Ownership and Responsibility

This API is owned, developed, and maintained by the CoralPay. The data transmitted is used solely for the purpose of payment processing and verification. No data is shared with third-party entities.
