Finally a plugin to expire posts and to make a specific redirect. Exactly what I
needed and was looking for. This plugin works great! Thank you so much, Dev.

Latest version of WP, currently not working it seems! Issue: Selecting an expiry
date and trying to Update the post reverts the expiry date to “None”. Will update
review if this changes

Hi, I like this plugin…but it doesn’t support custom post type. Any idea how to
make it support custom post type? Thanks

This plugin is now my favorite. Redirection does not depend on cookies, nor the
IP address. Redirection is going to WordPress time set in the General Settings.
And there’s no cheating. Redirection is real and irreversible. Excellent! Redirection
has nothing to do with javascript or http redirect. If I keep open page all day
nothing will happen. But when I visit the site at a given time page is redirected.
Flawlessly! I put a redirect several pages in series: http://www.mytestsite.com/
page1/ http://www.mytestsite.com/page2/ http://www.mytestsite.com/page3/ And guess
what? Redirection works from page 1 to page 3 without jumping from page 1 to page
2 to page 3. I’m immediately on page 3. And this is great! I recommend this plugin
to anyone. Of course, if someone wants bells and countdown timer, then a search
for something else. But this plugin is exactly what I was looking for. Tested. This
works great. Great plugin! Thanks.

### 󠀁[redirect goes to 404 page](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redirect-goes-to-404-page/)󠁿

Tried this out but soon started getting messages from users that the page that had
expired was going to a 404 page not found page, despite redirecting with a correct
URL. Page reappeared when I reset the timer, but if the redirection isn’t working
when it times out, there’s not much point in using it.
