## Description

**Come2theweb Multi-Column Menu** lets you create multi-column dropdown menus using
the standard WordPress menu screen.

How to set it up:

 1. Go to **Appearance  Menus**
 2. Open a top-level menu item and enable the multi-column option
 3. Add child items — each child becomes a column
 4. Add links under each column
 5. Choose a style preset on the plugin settings page (optional)
 6. Save and view your site

#### Style presets

 * **Default** – Uses your theme’s existing dropdown styles
 * **Style 1** – Clean light panel that works on most themes
 * **Style 2** – Modern card with subtle column separators

#### Features

 * Multi-column dropdowns from the native WordPress menu screen
 * Columns created with normal child menu items
 * Hide a column title by setting it to a single dash (-)
 * Custom width per dropdown (px, %, vw, etc.)
 * Three style presets
 * Works with most themes and Elementor Nav Menu widgets
 * Accessible (aria-haspopup / aria-expanded)
 * Lightweight — vanilla JavaScript, no jQuery
 * Free — no pro version or locked features

## FAQ

### Do I need a page builder?

No. Everything is done inside the normal WordPress menu screen.

### Will it work with my theme?

It works with themes that output a standard WordPress menu. It also works with Elementor
and Royal Addons Nav Menu widgets that use native menus. If the default look is
not ideal, choose Style 1 or Style 2.

### How do I hide a column title?

Set the column menu item title to a single dash: `-`

### Can I change the width of the dropdown?

Yes. Each top-level multi-column item has a width field (default 720px).

### Is there a pro version?

No. This plugin is free with no locked features.
