One query searches: * Posts, pages and custom post types (drafts and scheduled posts included) you are allowed to edit * Admin menu and submenu pages, filtered by your capabilities * Installed plugins, jumping straight to each plugin’s settings page * Core settings screens (administrators only) It works alongside WordPress’s native Command Palette rather than replacing it: the palette runs commands and navigates; QuickFind searches your actual content, plugins and settings. When the native palette is present, QuickFind automatically uses Ctrl+Shift+K so the two never collide. Install and activate the plugin. 2. Click the search field in the admin bar, or use the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+K ( Cmd+K on Mac). When WordPress’s native Command Palette is present, QuickFind leaves Ctrl+K to it and uses Ctrl+Shift+K instead — the placeholder text in the search field always shows the shortcut that is actually active. 3.
