Llevamos usando Clientity durante 7 semanas aproximadamente en la web y funciona
genial. De lejos el mejor chatbot de todos los que hemos probado. Obtiene los datos
de contacto de los clientes que vienen a la web y tienen dudas. Posteriormente nos
ponemos en contacto con esos clientes que han dejado sus datos y que son lo que 
están realmente interesados en nuestra ropa. Los avisos de que hay un nuevo contacto
son inmediatos lo que nos permite ser muy rápidos en llamar o ponernos en contacto
con los clientes y esa primera impresión de rapidez en actuar les encanta a los 
clientes. Además, da buena imagen en la web y nos es intrusivo como otros chatbots.
Recomendable 100%.

La mayoría de las preguntas que nos hacen nuestros clientes siempre son muy similares,
por lo que este chatbot resuelve perfectamente esta necesidad las 24h. Además nos
consigue los datos de contacto de nuestros visitantes para después poder llamarles
y ofrecerles nuestros cursos. De momento lo vemos muy útil.

Los visitantes chatean con el bot y si no puede resolverles alguna duda, me consigue
el teléfono o el email para que pueda contactarle. Funciona muy bien

Funciona muy bien para atender a los visitantes y además conseguir el contacto de
los que tienen alguna duda. Totalmente automático, te llegan los contactos al correo.
