Upload the `cleanverify-for-woocommerce` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install directly via the WordPress Plugins menu. 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen in WordPress. 3. Go to **CleanVerify** in your WordPress admin sidebar (positioned right after ** WooCommerce**). 4. Review your inactive customer metrics, set your age filter, export CSV backups, or clean inactive accounts. ## FAQ ### Does CleanVerify delete customer accounts automatically in the Free version? No. In the free version, accounts are only deleted when you manually review candidates, select checkboxes, and explicitly confirm deletion. Automated background pruning is available in CleanVerify Pro. ### Does CleanVerify protect past guest checkout customers? Yes! CleanVerify checks both the customer’s WordPress User ID and any WooCommerce orders associated with their billing email address. If a customer previously placed an order as a guest using the same email, they are protected and will never be flagged. ### Can I export a customer backup before performing a cleanup? Yes. CleanVerify includes an export tool allowing you to export all filtered candidates or specifically selected accounts to a CSV file before running any cleanup. ### Can I recover a deleted account? In the Free version, deletion is permanent. If you need safety nets, **CleanVerify Pro** includes a **Quarantine Trash Bin** that holds removed accounts for 30 days and allows 1-click complete restoration of user accounts and metadata. ### Are my administrator and shop manager accounts safe? Yes. CleanVerify has a multi-layer role protection mechanism.
