Many customers in the region prefer local digital wallets, installment options, and regional payment methods, so this extension helps merchants reduce checkout friction and offer a more relevant payment experience. ShopeePay for WooCommerce enables merchants to accept payments via the ShopeePay e-wallet — one of the most popular digital wallets in Southeast Asia — along with the other local payment channels available through the ShopeePay ecosystem. **Supported Markets:** * Indonesia (IDR) * Thailand (THB) * Malaysia (MYR) * Singapore (SGD) * Philippines (PHP) * Vietnam (VND) **Features:** * Redirect-based “Checkout with ShopeePay” flow * Full and partial refunds from the WooCommerce admin * Sandbox environment for testing * Connection test button in admin settings * Automatic order invalidation if the WooCommerce order is cancelled **How it works:** 1. Customer selects ShopeePay at checkout 2. Customer is redirected to ShopeePay to complete payment 3. After payment, customer returns to your store 4. Upload the `woocommerce-shopeepay` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress 3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > ShopeePay 4. Enter your ShopeePay credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Merchant ID, Store ID) 5. Select your country/market 6. Copy the Callback URL displayed on the settings page and register it in your ShopeePay Merchant Dashboard 7. Switch to Production when ready to accept live payments ## FAQ ### Where do I get my ShopeePay credentials? Contact the ShopeePay merchant team in your country to sign up as a merchant. Credentials are provided after signing the merchant agreement. ### Which currencies are supported? Each market uses its local currency: IDR, THB, MYR, SGD, PHP, or VND. Your WooCommerce store currency must match the selected market. ### Does this plugin support refunds? Yes. You can process full or partial refunds directly from the WooCommerce order admin page using the “Refund via ShopeePay” button. ### Is the WooCommerce Blocks checkout supported? Yes. The plugin works with both the classic shortcode checkout and the newer Blocks- based checkout. ### How do I test payments? Select “Sandbox” in the Environment setting and use your sandbox credentials provided by ShopeePay. ### How do I verify my credentials are correct?
