Upload the `chatnest-ai-chatbot-for-woocommerce` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install the plugin zip via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen. (WooCommerce must be active!) 3. Go to Settings ChatNest AI Chatbot. 4. Create a free chatbot at chatnest.uk, open Chatbots Embed, and copy the 32-character token. 5. Paste the token into the plugin settings and save. The widget now appears throughout your store. ## FAQ ### Do I need WooCommerce to use this? Yes. This plugin is the WooCommerce-specific version of ChatNest. For a standard WordPress site use the ChatNest AI Chatbot plugin instead. ### How do I add product information to the chatbot? In the ChatNest dashboard, paste your store’s product range, shipping rates, return window and any other info. The bot answers from exactly that content. ### Can I use the same chatbot on multiple sites? Yes — the same token can be pasted into the plugin on as many sites as you like. Changes apply everywhere at once. ### Where is my store’s data stored? ChatNest is hosted in the UK (chatnest.uk).
