Customers are added to your CRM as contacts automatically and orders appear in the contact timeline, so you can reach your buyers with targeted email campaigns and automations. **Features** * One-time bulk import of all existing WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads customers and orders * Automatic transfer of new customers on registration * Real-time order events: new orders and status changes * Order history (order count, revenue, last order) on the contact record * Automatic lists in Chatlis for campaign targeting * Secure connection through a personal API key – no password required **Requirements** An active WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads store and a Chatlis account at [chatlis.de](https://chatlis.de). You create the API key there under Settings SMTP & API. ### External services This plugin transmits store data to the Chatlis service so that it is available in the Chatlis CRM. * **Service:** Chatlis (chatlis.de), operated by Chatlis * **Endpoint:** https://xdqziemdtprmrjwwxtdp.supabase.co/functions/v1/woocommerce- plugin * **Data sent:** customer master data (name, email address, phone number, company, city, country), order data (order number, status, amount, currency, item names and quantities, order date) and the URL of your store. * **When:** Only after you have saved a valid Chatlis API key in the plugin. Transfers are triggered by the manual customer/order import, by the registration of a new customer, and by new orders and order status changes. Install and activate the plugin (WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads must be active). 2. Create an API key in Chatlis under Settings SMTP & API. 3. In WordPress, go to Chatlis in the admin menu, paste the API key and save. 4. Click “Test connection”. 5. Optional: start “Sync customers & orders now” to import existing data. ## FAQ ### Do I need a paid Chatlis account? Chatlis offers a free trial. The plugin itself is free. ### Is any data transmitted without my consent? No. As long as no API key is stored, the plugin sends no data at all. ### Can I disable order transfer? Yes, customer sync and order sync can be switched off individually in the plugin settings. ### Are existing contacts duplicated? No, contacts are matched by email address. Existing contacts are updated. ### Which shop plugins are supported? WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. The plugin detects the active shop system automatically. ### What happens when I uninstall the plugin? All plugin options, including the stored API key, are deleted.
