Upload the plugin zip via **Plugins Add New Upload Plugin** and activate it. 2. Go to **Chatbot IA** in your WordPress sidebar and click **Connect** to activate the assistant. Your site is registered and your key is issued at that moment. 3. Customize the appearance, set your brand color, and load your knowledge base. The widget appears on your store instantly. ## FAQ ### Do I need to create an account or enter a credit card? No. When you connect your site, an account is created automatically using your WordPress admin email. The free plan requires no credit card. ### Do I need an OpenAI API key or any other provider? No. The AI service is already included. You don’t need to sign up for or configure any external AI provider separately. ### Will the chatbot slow down my store? No. The widget loads asynchronously with no heavy frameworks or dependencies, so it won’t affect your store’s speed or Core Web Vitals. ### What language does the assistant use to respond to my customers?
