The free version is very, very, very limited: You can do one operation, in one field.
Multiple fields (like adding a number of bananas from a field, and a number of carrots
from another field) requires PRO. Prefix (adding $ in front of the number) requires
PRO. I wasted my time on something where features are not clearly enough stated 
in the presentation.

Great plugin – works really well I had a small issue with my implementation – but
it was fixed straight away by team, so good support too!

This plugin is very useful ! Now, I have a dynamic form. Furthermore, support is

I hope the developer improves the documentation and sets up pro version support 
forum. Otherwise it is easy to use and style the outputs. Happy user!
