I have had a couple of design issues with Spider Catalogue which didn't suit my website. One email to support and the problem was solved by supplying me with custom css code. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommended.

This plugin is very poorly crafted, procedural programming, lots and lots of recurring code, styling hardcoded into the template, this plugin could use a complete rebuilding, it brings tears to my eyes, I even create a wordpress account just to review it.
csv import and export is broken, this is not how a csv is normally supposed to be formatted.
I can go on, but you get the idea.

Granted I don't expect less than 24 hour support turnaround time, nor did I expect help with styling issue but that's exactly what I got!
This plugin is awesome not only because it works well but these guys listen and are helpful as hell when you need something.
I couldn't ask for better. . KUDOS on not only an excellent product but also on very human, helpful and knowledgeable support forum. Well done!
