Select categories from dropdown.
Apply the value in percentage (%).
Round up your result/updated price.
Select increase or decrease action.

Installation
Automatic Installation
1.Go to your plugin browser inside your wordpress installation and search
bulk price update by keyword. Then choose “Bulk Product Price Update for Woocommerce” and click install. It will be installed shortly.
2.Activate the plugin from Plugins menu after installation
