Activate this plugin on any of your localized sub-sites (or network activate), go to ``` Dashboard -> Users -> XProfile Translation ``` and translate the profile field names and descriptions to your liking. Works fine both after activation in one sub-site of multisite and after network activation. After network activation makes possible to translate fields of user profile in all sub-sites of multilingual multisite. The further discussion concerns my mistake when I said that the plugin is useless. I changed the title and the text of this review after my mistake understanding.
