BuddyPress Conditional Field Groups

This is a simple plugin used to hide XProfile Field groups from different user types based on the user’s role. To hide a field group, go to Users -> Conditional Groups in the wp-admin and check appropriate box in the grid.

  • Select the checkboxes to hide the BuddyPress field groups with the corresponding user roles.
  • Field groups that are checked will not be shown for the corresponding user role on the front end.

Manual Installation

  1. Upload the entire /buddypress-conditional-field-groups directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate BuddyPress Conditional Field Groups through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

It only hides the profile fields on the frontend. If a User logs into the WP-Admin and edits their Extended User Profile, they can still access the these fields.
