By installing, activating, and connecting the plugin, you authorize Brunel to process the information needed to quote shipping rates and fulfill deliveries. **What Brunel uses to serve your customers** * At checkout, Brunel receives destination address details and package information needed to calculate shipping rates. * After you connect your store in the [Brunel merchant portal](https://merchant.brunelmomentum.ai), Brunel can sync orders and product information so you can fulfill deliveries and (optionally) show product promotions on branded tracking pages, and can update order status when a package is delivered. * Plugin settings stay on your WordPress site. Follow these steps in order. #### 1. Install the plugin 1. In WordPress, go to **Plugins Add New**. 2. Search for **Brunel Shipping for WooCommerce**, then click **Install Now** and ** Activate**. 3. Or upload the plugin zip from **Plugins Add New Upload Plugin**, then activate it. #### 2. Open Brunel Shipping settings Go to **WooCommerce Settings Integration Brunel Shipping**. You’ll see a connection hub with your store credentials. #### 3. Create your store connection 1. Click **Generate REST API keys**. 2. Copy the values shown on screen (they’re needed in the next step). 3. Keep this page open while you finish setup in Brunel. #### 4. Connect Brunel to your store 1. Sign in to your [Brunel merchant portal](https://merchant.brunelmomentum.ai) (create an account first if you don’t have one). 2. Open **Settings Integrations WooCommerce**. 3. Paste the credentials you copied from WordPress into the matching fields. 4. Save the connection. #### 5. Offer Brunel at checkout 1. Go to **WooCommerce Settings Shipping Shipping zones**. 2. Open the zone that matches your customers (for example a city or province zone — not only a country-wide zone if a more specific zone exists). 3. Add the **Brunel Shipping** method to that zone and save. You’re done. Shoppers in that zone should see Brunel Same Day / Next Day options at checkout when rates are available. ## FAQ ### Why do Brunel rates not appear at checkout? Add the Brunel Shipping method to the **most specific** shipping zone that matches the customer address. If a regional zone matches first, a country-wide zone alone may not be used. ### Does this work with modern WooCommerce? Yes. Brunel Shipping works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and Checkout Blocks. ### What happens when I uninstall the plugin? Your Brunel connection settings are kept by default so a short deactivation does not force a full reconnect.
