Description

Registration is not required for the booking, but for the plugin to work, it is absolutely necessary to enter the email address related to the booking, because during the booking process, the plugin sends notifications to the user and the administrator by email. In addition, the details to be recorded for the booking can be modified (with some coding).

Installation

  1. Update your WordPress page
  2. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/book-an-appointment directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress
  4. Set the common settings of the plugin in the “Book an appointment settings” menu item of the “Settings” menu, on the “Plugin settings” tab
  5. Create booking places and set their parameters in the “Places” menu
  6. Use the booking site page or paste your shortcode into the content. (You can also find the code to be inserted in the “Book an appointment settings” menu item on the “Using Plugin” tab of the “Settings” menu.)

FAQ

Can I book multiple appointments at once?

No, only one date can be selected per booking. For days, you can select multiple days.

What do forbidden days mean?

Days that cannot be booked in any way. (eg because you are on leave)

Do I see bookings in calendar view?

Yes, there is also an overview view for daily and time bookings

Do I see bookings in Google Calendar?

Yes, the plugin already includes support for Google Calendar.

Can I link Paypal to my booking?

Not yet – it’s a development plan.

Can I link my booking to a WooCommerce shop?

Not yet – it’s a development plan.
