BigBuy Dropshipping Connector for WooCommerce

We’ve encountered a critical issue with the BigBuyConnector plugin resulting in a persistent 500 error due to missing database tables (wp_mipconnector_import_process_tag and wp_mipconnector_import_process_product). These tables are being queried without existence checks, causing the entire site to break. Despite contacting support with detailed technical information, we received no meaningful response for a long time. When a reply finally came, it incorrectly blamed cron job misconfiguration — which is not the case, as cron is properly set up and the issue occurs before any scheduled tasks. The plugin worked fine initially, so it’s likely that the tables were deleted or never recreated after an update or cleanup. There is no clear guidance on how to restore functionality without a full reinstallation. Very disappointed in both the plugin’s architecture and the lack of proper support.

Haaaa, si seulement, j’avais lu les avis avant ! Je connaissais Bigbuy depuis quelques années car j’avais un nom de domaine pour des produits de sport qui attendait d’être exploité en DropShipping. Des montres pour le running, trek, etc. Je vois sur leur catalogue qu’ils en ont des dizaines. Chic, je vais pouvoir créer le shop. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas fait attention que sur plus d’une centaine de référence, seules 12 étaient de stock. Autant dire que le shop serait très fourni. Je prend l’abo à 89€, je me mange les 89€ autre de “frais” d’activation et puis le connecteur à Woocommerce pour 149€. Le tout, facilement et en quelques clics. Je passe quelques heures à comprendre et à configurer BigBuy. Puis, je vois que 12 produits de disponibles. Je les contacte pour leur demander d’annuler mon abonnement et de me rembourser tout ou en partie les 327€ déboursés inutilement. Et bien non, rien, ils sont perdus car ils n’ont pas le sens commercial et la volonté de ne pas se faire une mauvaise réputation. I’d known about Bigbuy for a few years because I had a domain name for sports products that was waiting to be used for dropshipping. Watches for running, trekking, etc. I see in their catalog that they have dozens of them. Great, I’ll be able to create the shop. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that out of over a hundred products, only 12 were in stock. Needless to say, the shop would be very well stocked. I buy the €89 subscription, pay the other €89 activation “fee,” and then get the WooCommerce connector for €149. All easily and in just a few clicks. I spend a few hours understanding and configuring BigBuy. Then, I see that 12 products are available. I contacted them to ask them to cancel my subscription and refund all or part of the €327 I had unnecessarily spent. Well, no, nothing. They’re lost because they lack the business sense and the desire to avoid a bad reputation. Go elsewhere!

The plugin is a little special as it will require some technical knowledge and understanding. That’s why it may feel a little difficult to use with your website setup. In my case following tutorials and guidelines was not enough as there were a few specific challenges that needed the attention of the BigBuy team. However, the customer support has been responsive and I got immediate assistance within 24 hours. The plugin is now running on my websites and I am able to import the products I need. Thank you. The plugin has imported all products I want and it works well so far. I will have a complete opinion about the plugin once orders start coming in. I need to see how the ordering system works and the shipping as well. But so far so good. I will update this review once I have a complete picture.

I bought 4 webshops with the hope that integration with Shopify would be easy and that I would get support and help..It has now been over 9 months and BigBuy’s support is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and they have refused to help and instead send some stupid training video that must have been for the previous version of what it looked like on BigBuy’s platform because it has absolutely not been of any help as none of the information is correct!!!It is not only shameful, but I feel robbed as I have paid a lot of money for several webshops without being able to get started, and when I have asked for a refund on the last three occasions, they have completely refused to answer me!!!

After sending my credentials and waiting for a wee, the Big Buy support figured out the errors and the intregation is now working.Would be good to make it easier to integrate with Woo, as Shopify is making it harder for new dropshippers.

We have spent the last 6 weeks trying to get this awful plugin working. It sort of imports products, but makes your server grind, and it doesn’t import all of the products you want in your Woo shop at all. There’s a bug in their code, which I pointed out, but do the tech support team respond? Nope. And when they do, they blame your server. I’ve got a dedicated server with 32GB ram and 8 Vcores. This thing could run NASA, and their plugin has a bug that causes millions of errors, and they say it’s our fault. DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN EVER!!!!!!!
