No. Admin Dashboard and Notices Control only hides menu items and admin notices. It does not modify WordPress capabilities or user permissions. ### Can users still access hidden pages directly? Yes. If a user knows the direct URL and has the required capability, they can still access the page. ### Can I hide menus for individual users? Yes.
