However, I am seeing the thumbnail image, but when I click on it I get the darker overlay but no lightbox. I posted a support request a week ago and still no response. As soon as there is a resolve, I will change my rating and comments.

I found it was exactly like Pete says – it shows your thumb image on the page as expected and when clicked the page turns a slight darker color and then nothing else happens.
