As a merchant, how do I start accepting payments using BananaCrystal?

First, setup your BananaCrystal merchant/business account for your Woocommerce store as follows:

  1. Sign up for a BananaCrystal account (takes 2mins)

  2. Setup your merchant/business account and start accepting and receiving payments (takes 5 mins).

  3. Install and setup this plugin on your Woocommerce store and enable it for checkout and/or subscriptions.

  4. When your customers send you payments, they settle instantly with NO RISK of CHARGEBACKS saving you over 20% in fraud and chargeback fees).

As a customer, how do I pay a Woocommerce store for products or services using BananaCrystal?

  1. Sign up for a BananaCrystal customer account (takes 2mins).

  2. Fund your account (via a Bank Transfer ACH, SEPA, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, CashApp, Crypto, etc)

  3. Select BananaCrystal at checkout or through subscriptions and pay the merchant (for FREE).

Then navigate to the plugin’s admin settings and enter your BananaCrystal store username, redirect url, order pay url, and payment notification webhook url.

Where do I get my store username?

Login to your BananaCrystal account and go to Store > Settings.

Where do I configure my redirect url or payment notification webhook or order pay url?

Login to your BananaCrystal account and go to Store > Integrations.

Then, add or update a Woocommerce Integration

Where do I get my subscription key or redirect url for thank you page?

Login to your BananaCrystal account and go to Store > Integrations.

Then, add or update an existing Woocommerce Integration enable subscriptions

View the integration to find your subscription key.

Can I regenerate my subscription key or revoke previous key?

Yes you regenerate existing key and the previous key would be expired (in case
the key is compromised or you need to rotate your keys).

great payment solution for our marketplace

It is easy to install, configure on admin and it is a big saving on fees and chargebacks as we don't pay any fees & no longer incur chargebacks like with other payment gateways. We are a marketplace....so receiving payments & sending payments internationally is important for us. Before using this plugin, our customers and sellers on our marketplace had very limited options....like if they did not have a traditional paypal account or credit card. We tried adding many other payment plugins, but neither meet our needs or our customers would not use it because it was not available in their country. We now use bananacrystal payments and anyone can send us a payment because its peer to peer and have no fraudulent chargebacks. We also send payments to sellers using bananacrystal without incurring any fees.

This plugin is great for what we need. It allows us to receive payments from our customers from all over the world. No longer do we need to integrate multiple payments providers for each country.

Works very well for my marketplace website. I am also now able to pay my vendors that sell products on my marketplace platform even though most reside in different countries around the world like Africa, Middle East, South East Asia. Where it is difficult and expensive to send receive payments. By us switching to this BananaCrystal payment plugin we have saved thousands of dollars in fees. Thanks guys!

We have used this plugin for a client eCommerce website. This plug in gives me the option to offer pay through wallet which is nice as an alternative to paypal. All updates have worked, and the overview aspect of BananaCrystal is great and easy to use.

As far as I know, this is the only Payment gateway that doesn't charge any fees others have 2-3% per transaction fees. That’s awesome. Give it a try, it really works well
