Enter your company branding and staff list once, and generate **5 professional outputs** directly inside `WP Admin -> AwoSign` with zero external API dependencies: * **1. Multi-Template HTML Email Signatures (600 px):** Switch between **Classic Left Logo**, **Modern Compact Bar**, and **Corporate Header Banner + QR** table layouts compatible with Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. * **2. Digital Business Card & vCard 3.0 (`540 px` & `[awosign]`):** Share interactive digital contact cards with one-click `.vcf` contact download, high-resolution PNG export, and WhatsApp sharing. * **3. Upload the `awosign` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install directly via the WordPress Plugins screen. 2. Activate **AwoSign** through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress. 3. Open **AwoSign** in the WordPress admin sidebar to manage staff profiles, badges, bank IBAN accounts, and print layouts. ## FAQ ### Can I import multiple staff members at once for signatures and ID badges? Yes. Use the **CSV Bulk Import** button in the top staff bar to import multiple staff profiles (`Name, Title, Department, StaffNo, BloodType, Role, Phone, Email`) in a single click. ### How do I display company invoice details and IBAN cards on my Contact or Payment page? Paste `[awocard]` (or `[awosign type="billing"]`) into any page or post, or enable the **WooCommerce Bank Transfer (BACS)** checkbox in the editor to display your IBAN cards automatically after checkout. ### Why does Gmail or Outlook hide Base64 logos in email signatures? Email clients block inline `data:image/...` strings for security.
