Saying that, it’s one of the best WEB to Print platforms out there. Still early days, but very stable and with great features coming. So, why do I think that? Basically as someone running a photo gift printing business, I have tried everything. By that I mean everything; Photo Finale (Lucidiom), Fujifilm Imagine, Dakis Photo Factory, TAOPIX, LiveLink, Open T-Shirts etc, etc. You guys can go ahead use my list and spend 3 years finding the right solution on the cheap and it doesn’t exist. Except The Awesome Designer. Firstly it’s very simple to set up, secondly it’s very easy for the customers. The Dumbest customer can use it. Back office feels like I would design it myself. Thirdly support is second to none. Lastly pricing is very very good and allows you to start on the cheap, than pay as you go or if you do it for a living you just subscribe. First, it was popping up with a “Page not found” error. I gave the developer access to my site over several days. The plugin was updated 3 times and it looked hopeful. The developer eventually said that it was now working. But when I tried, I then got a blank page. Developer suggested clearing the cache. I did this on 3 separate computers on 2 separate locations (2 PC’s and a Mac. But still it’s a blank config page. I sent the developer a photo of the blank page and was told again to clear the cache and given no other options. I would love to see a photo of this actually working!
