Each logged-in user can submit one company review for the entire site. A clean submission is published with the user’s display name, rating, review text, and date. The registered author can update their own published feedback from My Review. Administrators cannot rewrite, delete, hide, return, or change the rating of an honest published review through the plugin. They may only add a separately stored official reply. Suspicious submissions are held outside the public review table. Administrators can inspect, edit the suspicious title or text, add a correction note, or delete held spam. They cannot change its reviewer-selected star rating or publish it for the user. A registered user can correct the held draft from My Review and resubmit it for public listing. Every author update is checked again. If a previously published review is edited to include blocked links, contact details, profanity, or another spam signal, it is removed from the public list and moved to the spam queue until the author corrects it. #### Main features * One company review per registered user for the entire site. * Author-controlled published feedback that administrators cannot rewrite, remove, or re-rate through the plugin. * Author editing from the WordPress profile and My Review shortcode. * Separate official business replies. * URL, email, phone, and abusive-language checks. * Separate spam queue with reason information. * Server-rendered, accessible review HTML with pagination. * Organization Review JSON-LD that reflects visible review content. * Automatic placement on selected public post types. * Duplicate-placement protection when an Auto Figure Jin shortcode is already present. * Single-output protection when multiple Auto Figure Jin shortcodes or widgets are placed on one page. * Combined and separate form, list, and summary shortcodes. * No external requests, telemetry, or hidden tracking. * Optional complete data deletion during uninstall. #### GEO and SEO boundaries The plugin can make genuine user language publicly readable, structured, and available in the initial HTML response. This may help crawlers and generative systems understand the context of a page. Search engines and AI platforms independently decide crawling, indexing, ranking, rich-result eligibility, and answer inclusion; the plugin does not guarantee any of these outcomes. Google does not award review-star rich results to self-serving LocalBusiness or Organization reviews controlled by the reviewed entity. Auto Figure Jin therefore uses conservative Review markup tied to visible content and makes no promise of Google stars or snippet placement. #### Auto Figure Jin Pro Auto Figure Jin Pro is the planned commercial edition for sites that need additional premium capabilities and support. The free plugin works independently and does not require the Pro edition or an external service. #### Review control After publication, the registered author can update their own review from My Review. The administrator receives no edit, delete, hide, return, or rating-change action for honest feedback and may only publish an official reply. WordPress database and server owners retain ultimate technical control over their installation, so no plugin can prevent direct database changes made outside its code. ### Shortcodes * `[autofigjin_reviews]` – form, rating summary, and review list. * `[autofigjin_review_form]` – submission form only. * `[autofigjin_review_list]` – rating summary and review list. * `[autofigjin_rating_summary]` – rating summary only. * `[autofigjin_my_review]` – author editing form for a published review or correction form for a held draft. ### Privacy Auto Figure Jin stores the logged-in user’s WordPress user ID, public display name, rating, review text, optional review title, page/post ID, and submission date. Held submissions also store the reason they were held. The plugin does not store a reviewer’s email address or IP address in its review tables and does not transmit review data externally. By default, plugin data is retained when the plugin is deactivated or deleted. Upload the plugin ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 2. Activate Auto Figure Jin. 3. Open Auto Figure Jin > Settings and enable the review system. 4. Enable automatic placement or add `[autofigjin_reviews]` to a public review page. 5. Authors can edit feedback from their WordPress profile. You may also create a logged- in account page containing `[autofigjin_my_review]`. 6. If you want new visitors to create accounts, enable “Anyone can register” under Settings > General. ## FAQ ### Can guests submit reviews? No. Review submission requires an authenticated WordPress account. ### Who can edit an accepted review? Its registered author can update it from their WordPress profile or My Review. Administrators cannot rewrite, delete, hide, return, or change its star rating through the plugin. They can only add a separate official reply. ### What happens to suspicious feedback? It is held in a separate spam queue and is not shown publicly. A changed review that fails validation is removed from public display until corrected and resubmitted. ### Does the plugin guarantee better rankings, Google stars, or AI citations? No. It provides accessible review content and conservative structured data. External platforms control indexing, ranking, rich results, and AI answers. ### What personal information is public? The reviewer’s WordPress display name, rating, review text, optional title, and publication date are public. Email addresses, IP addresses, and private account fields are not displayed or stored in the review tables. ### Does the plugin send data to another service? No. It makes no external requests and includes no tracking or telemetry. ### What happens if automatic placement and a shortcode are both enabled? The manually placed Auto Figure Jin shortcode takes priority. The plugin detects it and does not append a second automatic review section to that post, page, or product. If multiple Auto Figure Jin shortcodes or widgets are placed on the same page, only the first one renders. ### Can a registered user submit from another post, page, or product after reviewing once? No. The one-review rule applies across the entire website. After the user’s company review is published, submission controls are unavailable to that user on every normal Auto Figure Jin placement.
