These services are **completely optional** and only used when the site administrator enables the AI Engine and provides their own API key. **What data is sent:** Only the prompt text written by the administrator (or the default system prompt used for message generation) is sent to the selected AI provider. Upload the `athemeart-sales-notifications-for-woocommerce` folder to `/wp-content/ plugins/`, or install via the WordPress plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin (WooCommerce must be installed and active). 3. Go to **AI Sales Notify Settings** and configure General, Design, Messages, Real Orders, and (optionally) the AI Engine. 4. Ensure **Use Real Orders** is enabled and that your store has recent orders matching the selected statuses. ## FAQ ### Does it work with free WooCommerce? Yes. ### Does it show fake or virtual orders? No. This free version only displays real WooCommerce orders. Virtual orders are available in the separate Pro plugin only. ### Do I need an AI API key? No. AI is optional and only helps generate message _templates_. Notifications still use real order data. ### Will it slow down my site? No. Notifications load via AJAX after the page has rendered. ### Is customer privacy respected? Only the billing first name and city/state/country from the order are used in messages.
