Free.** Some sales need a conversation before checkout. For bulk purchases, wholesale inquiries, or project orders, let customers request a quote directly from your store. Artbees Request a Quote lets customers collect products, choose quantities, and send their requirements. You review the request, set your offer, and send it back. When the customer accepts, the plugin creates a payable WooCommerce order with the agreed quote totals. **The complete manual request-to-order workflow is included in Free, with no license key, Artbees account, quote-volume quota, or time limit.** #### A straightforward workflow for you and your customers 1. **Request:** Customers add products to a quote list, adjust quantities, and submit their details. They can also turn a WooCommerce cart into a quote request. 2. **Offer:** Review requests in your dashboard. Set quantities and prices, enter shipping and tax amounts, add a customer note, and choose an expiry date. 3. **Accept:** Customers review the offer through a private guest link or their My Account area and accept it. 4. **Order:** Acceptance creates a WooCommerce order ready for payment, preserving the sent offer’s prices and totals. #### Match the way your store sells Choose from four built-in sales modes: * **Alongside purchasing:** Offer Request a quote alongside Add to cart. * **Quote only:** Replace purchasing with quote requests. * **Hide prices:** Hide catalog prices and invite customers to request a quote. * **Selected products:** Enable quote requests only for the products you choose. Use these modes for wholesale, B2B, and bulk inquiries. Optional arithmetic verification works locally; optional Cloudflare Turnstile is available when configured. Enter amounts excluding tax, then enter the complete tax amount separately, including shipping tax. The plugin does not calculate quote taxes from WooCommerce tax rates or customer location. Review the totals before sending an offer. ### External services Cloudflare Turnstile is optional and disabled by default. When a merchant selects Turnstile and configures its keys, the request form loads Cloudflare’s challenge script from challenges.cloudflare.com. Cloudflare receives browser/network information, including the visitor IP address, to evaluate the challenge. On submission, this plugin sends the challenge response token and configured secret key to https://challenges. cloudflare.com/turnstile/v0/siteverify for verification. Quote items, customer contact fields, and messages are not included in that verification request. Review the request form, button appearance, placement, and email settings. 5. Submit a test request. Open WooCommerce > Quotes, prepare an offer, and test customer acceptance and payment before opening quoting to customers. ## FAQ ### Is there a quote limit or license requirement? No. Included Free features have no license requirement, quote-volume quota, or time limit. Pro is a separate, optional add-on. ### Can customers request a quote without an account? Yes. Guests can submit requests and review and accept offers through private, expiring links. Registered customers can access their quotes in My Account and link earlier guest quotes after verifying ownership of the same email address. ### Can I customize the request form? Yes. Configure contact fields and add text, textarea, select, or checkbox fields in the Free form builder, without plugin-imposed field or option counts. Advanced forms and supporting-file features require Pro. ### Which products are supported? Simple and variable WooCommerce products are supported. Grouped-product selections resolve to supported child products. Official Product Add-Ons and Product Bundles require the separate Pro adapters. Other configured product types are not claimed as compatible; unsupported configurations are rejected rather than imported with missing options or prices. ### What happens when a customer accepts an offer? The plugin creates a payable WooCommerce order from the sent offer, retaining its prices and totals. Repeating acceptance returns the existing order. Acceptance does not charge the customer; payment uses the store’s available WooCommerce payment methods. ### Are quote taxes calculated automatically? No. Enter quote amounts excluding tax and enter the complete tax amount, including shipping tax, separately. Review those totals before sending the offer. ### Can customers download a PDF or negotiate inside the quote? Free includes a printable quote view. Downloadable PDFs, customer counteroffers, messaging, and offer revisions are features of the separate Pro add-on. ### Do I need Elementor? No. Standard WooCommerce placement, Gutenberg blocks, and shortcodes are available. Elementor widgets are included for stores that use Elementor. ### Does this support HPOS and Cart/Checkout Blocks? Yes. Both classic WooCommerce order storage and HPOS are supported. Cart and Checkout Blocks compatibility is declared and tested. ### What happens to data when I deactivate or delete the plugin? Quotes and settings are retained to preserve business records. WordPress personal- data export and erasure tools are supported. Erasing an unconverted request cancels it and removes its contact data, snapshots, and related personal records. Accepted or order-linked quotes are retained as commercial records; use WooCommerce privacy tools for linked orders. Keep Pro active when exporting or erasing its supporting files. ### Does the Free plugin send data to Artbees? The Free plugin does not contact an Artbees licensing or telemetry service. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile use is described below.
