Upload the plugin files to `/wp-content/plugins/arn-smart-visitor-intent`, or install the ZIP through **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**. 2. Activate **ARN Smart Visitor Intent**. 3. Open **Visitor Intent > Settings**. 4. Configure the intent panel, display rules, triggers, privacy, notifications, and contact widget. 5. Review collected responses and analytics under the Visitor Intent admin menu. ## FAQ ### Is this a contact form plugin? Not primarily. The plugin is designed to capture visitor intent first and optionally collect contact information afterward. ### Can I display the panel only on selected pages? Yes. You can use homepage, sitewide, include, exclude, and post-type display rules. ### Can I control when the panel appears? Yes. Instant, delay, scroll, exit intent, page views, time on site, shortcode, and JavaScript triggers are available. ### Does it support GDPR or KVKK consent? The plugin provides configurable consent and policy-display tools. Site owners remain responsible for configuring them according to their legal requirements. ### Does it include WhatsApp? Yes. The Contact Widget supports Call, Email, and WhatsApp actions without requiring another floating contact plugin. ### Does internal SMTP replace my existing SMTP plugin? No. You can continue using WordPress Mail or an existing SMTP plugin. Internal SMTP is optional. ### Where are responses stored?
