Browse 25 catalog entries per page, without a total quota or expiry. * Fixed numeric flat rates, including shipping class costs. * Free shipping with a no-coupon, single-product threshold scenario. * Missing weight/dimensions/class and heavy/long item warnings. * Merchant delivery estimate, configured charge and estimated shortfall. * Unknown costs and unsupported formulas are explicitly unassessed. Variable parent, grouped, external, virtual and custom product types are not directly audited. Published variations are inspected individually. Pagination includes skipped catalog entries; counts are per page, not store-wide totals. Tax-inclusive free- shipping thresholds require manual verification. A separately installed commercial Pro add-on extends the audit. This Free plugin has no paid feature code, license activation, expiry or scan quota. All monetary comparisons use shipping charges excluding tax and merchant costs excluding recoverable tax. Product scenarios use store currency; recorded order costs use each order’s currency. Shipping shortfall is not net product profit. Product margin can intentionally fund shipping. Single product times quantity, one assumed parcel, selected zone, no coupon. Does not resolve a delivery address, pack cartons, query carriers, execute cost expressions, or reproduce checkout filters. Third-party methods and ambiguous inputs require manual review. Check results against a real checkout and carrier invoice. ### Development All shipped PHP is readable source. No JavaScript, CSS bundle, compiler, minifier or third-party runtime library is included. No build tools are required to edit the installed plugin. GPL-2.0-or-later; GPL v2 text included in LICENSE.txt. ## Installation 1. Install and activate WooCommerce. 2. Upload and activate Altrix Shipping Profit Guard Free. 3. Open WooCommerce > Shipping Profit Guard. 4. Enter your delivery cost assumptions, choose a zone and run an audit. ## FAQ ### Does it change shipping prices or products? No. It writes only its own audit settings and, in Pro, delivery cost annotations. It does not modify products, orders, shipping methods or checkout rates. ### Is a shortfall an actual business loss? No. Product scenarios are estimates. Order comparisons use merchant-entered costs, without independently verifying carrier invoices. Refunded orders are marked for manual reconciliation. Product margin, tax recovery and other overheads are not calculated. ### Is data sent to an external service? No external API calls, telemetry, remote assets or customer data exports. Product CSV exports are initiated by authorized managers only. ### What happens on deactivation or deletion? Audit assumptions and Pro cost annotations are retained for reinstall continuity. Blank an individual delivery-cost field to remove that annotation.
