He solved my problems the way I wanted. I lost a lot of time trying different watermark plugins, which turned out to be the first to issue WordPress. Wish the author to update at least formally your plugin so that it was again in the top of the issue. The image is not actually modified at all – and can still be downloaded without the watermark via php scripts or FTP – e.g. if a customer has purchased access, maing this an incredibly useful plugin for sites selling images or visual resources. Very pleased to have found this. Customisable according to Wordpress thumbnail size – e.g. can prevent watermarks on the small cropped thumbnails, but apply them to larger ones. Because now it places a watermark on ALL images that are in the media library, in my case on website layout/interface elements.
