Allow Comments on Pages by Default

Since WordPress 4.3, comments are turned off on pages by default.

This little plugin restores previous behaviour.

  1. Upload allow-comments-on-pages-by-default folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Does not work

As of today I began putting up some content specifically designed to engage my community and find that this plugin no longer works. I have disabled every single other plugin on my website leaving only this one, and no sign of it doing anything at all.
