Keep content and everyday tasks directly accessible, and group site tools under a name that makes sense to your client. The default layout works immediately. Open Settings > Admin Organizer to change a group name or a menu’s placement, preview the result and save. Existing submenu links and WordPress capabilities are preserved. This is a navigation tool, not access control. **Included in Free** * One named menu group with direct or grouped placement for each menu. * Live preview, menu search, recommended reset and unsaved-change warning. * Keyboard controls, session state, translation-ready English source and RTL support. * Existing settings retained on upgrade and after deactivation. * Recovery from the top toolbar and the Plugins settings link. No third-party account or optional usage sharing is required for Free menu organization. Settings remain in your site’s options table. Only group open/closed state is stored in browser session storage. Network administration is not rearranged. Uninstall retains settings intentionally; reset or remove them only with a deliberate site- administration decision. ### External Services and Privacy This plugin includes Freemius WordPress SDK 2.13.4 (GPLv3) for optional account connection, Pro licensing and Pro updates. Free menu organization works without an account: choose Skip if you do not want to connect. Optional usage sharing requires the SDK’s consent. The SDK explains the account/site data sent when you connect; license activation sends license and installation details needed to Freemius. The Free edition receives executable updates through WordPress.org, and Pro is installed through the normal WordPress plugin upload workflow. Upload and activate the plugin. Keep only one Admin Organizer edition active. 2. Open Settings > Admin Organizer or Organize menus in the toolbar. 3. Preview your menu and select Save menu. ## FAQ ### Does this change permissions or hide pages securely? No. WordPress continues to enforce capabilities. Grouping changes presentation only. ### What if JavaScript is disabled? Groups stay expanded, all permitted links remain available and group headings open shortcut pages. The visual preview and live search require JavaScript; saving menu choices does not. ### Can I undo the organization? Turn off Organize the sidebar and save. Your choices remain stored. Deactivating the plugin restores native navigation as well. ### What happens to a deactivated plugin’s menu settings? Its choices are retained and used if its menu returns. Newly discovered plugin menus remain directly accessible. ### Does it work with every third-party admin menu? Standard WordPress admin menus are supported. Plugins that replace the admin sidebar or change markup after rendering may need compatibility testing. No universal compatibility guarantee is made. ### Store submenus and accessibility Open Submenus beneath a registered store menu to keep its entries with the parent, move them directly into the sidebar, or assign a group. Only entries permitted by WordPress are listed. Operational Orders and Coupons remain distinct from similarly named Analytics reports. Fresh installations give the registered Orders screen direct access; existing installations keep original submenu placement until you choose otherwise. Unavailable entries retain their choices. With JavaScript disabled, native submenu links remain in their original menus and groups stay expanded; group headings also provide authorized shortcuts. ### Language and appearance This plugin uses English for its own interface, including on an Arabic site. Custom names and other plugins keep their existing language. The former WordPress-language checkbox has been removed; its stored value is retained for compatibility and no longer changes the interface. Soft sidebar styling adds a calm light palette, subtle borders and rounded items. It is optional and independent of organization. Turn it off and save to restore native styling. Deactivation restores native navigation and styling without deleting choices. Orders keeps the same placement when switching between HPOS and legacy order storage.
