Your affiliates and influencers get a personal referral link, every order they bring is recorded with its commission, and they follow their results from the My Account page of your store: no external portal and no extra password. **What the plugin does in your store** * Recognizes visitors arriving from an affiliate link (`?referral=CODE`, parameter name configurable) and remembers them with a first-party cookie for the duration you choose. * Sends new orders and every status change to the platform, from both the classic checkout and the block checkout. * Adds an affiliate area to My Account: application form, earnings, orders, the influencer’s own discount code, credit balance and conversion of credit into a native WooCommerce coupon. * Influencer discount codes: the code you assign to an influencer on the platform becomes a WooCommerce coupon (or is linked to the coupon you already have), and orders placed with it are credited to the influencer even without a click. * Adds an AffiliateTracker page under WooCommerce in wp-admin: connection settings, affiliates (approve, suspend, change commission), program tiers, last 6 months, latest attributed orders and CSV export. * Runs an hourly maintenance task (WP-Cron) that resends orders that did not reach the platform, refreshes recent order statuses, completes pending coupons and keeps the influencer coupons in line with the platform. The platform can also ask for this task right away (a request signed with your store API key) when you assign or change a code. **What the platform does** * Calculates commissions with your rules: percentage per program or per affiliate, first order only, all orders of the customer or only orders within the link duration. * Cancels the commission automatically when an order is refunded or cancelled. * Tiers, monthly reports to you and to every affiliate, team access, CSV exports. * Data stored in a European data center. **Requirements** An AffiliateTracker subscription is required: the plugin is the store-side connector of the platform and does nothing on its own. Plans start at €99/month (VAT excluded), based on the store’s yearly revenue, with every feature included. See [pricing](https://affiliatetracker.it/en/pricing). ### External services This plugin connects to the AffiliateTracker platform (https://affiliatetracker. it), operated by i-creativi s.r.l.s., Milan, Italy. The connection is needed to record affiliate visits and orders and to calculate commissions. Nothing is sent until you enter your store API key in WooCommerce AffiliateTracker. Data sent, and when: * **Affiliate visits**: when a visitor arrives from an affiliate link, the affiliate code, the landing URL and the optional campaign name are sent. No IP address or personal data of the visitor. * **Orders**: when an order is created or changes status, the order ID, the WooCommerce customer ID, the billing email, the coupon codes used, the referral code and campaign (if any), the order status, totals (paid, products, shipping) and the currency. The coupon codes attribute orders to the influencer who owns the code; the email recognizes an influencer who uses their own code. * **Influencer discount codes**: with the maintenance task, the result of each code in the store (created, linked, disabled) and its discount. When you assign a code, the same order data as above is sent for the orders placed with that code since 1 January, to credit them to the influencer. * **Affiliate area**: when a logged-in customer opens the affiliate area in My Account or applies to the program, their WordPress user ID and email (plus their name when applying), to find or create their affiliate record. * **Store revenue**: with the hourly maintenance task, the total of paid orders of the last 12 months and the store currency, used to check the subscription band. * **Admin pages**: when you open the AffiliateTracker page in wp-admin, the plugin reads affiliates, commissions, tiers and statistics from the platform. Activate your program on [affiliatetracker.it](https://affiliatetracker.it/en/signup) and copy the store API key from your dashboard. 2. Install and activate the plugin (WooCommerce must be active). 3. Go to WooCommerce AffiliateTracker, paste the API key and save. 4. Share the affiliate links: `https://yourstore.com/?referral=CODE`. Most stores need nothing else. If your store has little traffic or `DISABLE_WP_CRON` is set, the settings page explains how to schedule an external cron. ## FAQ ### Is the plugin free? The plugin is free and open source (GPL). It needs an AffiliateTracker subscription to work, because tracking, commissions and history live on the platform. ### Do affiliates need an account on another website? No. They apply and follow their results from the My Account page of your store, with their usual customer account. ### What happens when an order is refunded? The status change reaches the platform and the commission is cancelled automatically. ### Does it work with the block checkout? Yes, orders from both the classic checkout and the block checkout (Store API) are tracked. ### Are influencer discount codes supported? Yes. Assign a code to an influencer on the platform: the plugin creates the WooCommerce coupon (non-cumulative, whole catalog, no expiry) or links the coupon you already have, and orders placed with the code are credited to the influencer even without a click. Orders placed with the code since 1 January are recovered when you assign it. ### Which languages are available? English.
