It tracks affiliate clicks on your storefront and reports confirmed WooCommerce orders to Adverships so creator commissions are attributed automatically — and it shows your analytics and creator partners right inside wp-admin. **Features** * One-time key connect — link your store from your Adverships dashboard. * Storefront click tracking for affiliate links. * Server-to-server reporting of confirmed orders and refunds (HMAC-signed, reliable even with page caching). * In-admin dashboard: clicks, sales, revenue, earnings, what you owe, and recent sales. * In-admin creators view: every partner with their model, performance, and earnings. * Sales alerts: get an admin notice and an optional email when a new affiliate sale is recorded. * Pending partner requests: a banner flags creators waiting on you to accept, with a link to review them on Adverships. * Free-trial reminder: a dismissible banner in the final days of your Adverships trial, with a link to choose a plan. * Quick links on the dashboard: open your Adverships account and copy your partner invite link. * WooCommerce HPOS compatible. GDPR export/erase for affiliate attribution. ### External services This plugin connects to the Adverships service at https://adverships.com. This connection is required for the plugin to function (affiliate tracking and reporting are performed by Adverships). What is sent, and when: * **On connect:** your site URL, site name, administrator email, and your WordPress and WooCommerce version numbers — sent once to register the store, using a one- time connection key you generate in your Adverships dashboard. * **On a tracked storefront visit:** the affiliate code present in the link (and the connection/campaign identifiers), plus the landing page URL — sent to record the click. * **On a completed order:** the order id and number, order total, currency, customer email, and the affiliate attribution captured at click time — sent to record the sale. * **On a refund:** the order id and the order’s new total refunded amount. * **Periodically (when sales alerts are enabled):** a small signed request asking Adverships for any new confirmed sales since the last one seen (it sends the store’s site identifier and a sale cursor; no order details are sent on this request). * **When you open the in-admin dashboard or creators view:** a signed request asking Adverships for your current analytics, creator list, pending partner requests, and subscription/trial status (it sends the store’s site identifier; no customer data is sent on these requests). Adverships’ use of this data is governed by its Privacy Policy (https://adverships. com/privacy) and Terms (https://adverships.com/terms). ## Installation 1. Install and activate the plugin. 2. In your Adverships dashboard, click the “Tracking pixel not live yet” notice and select WordPress to generate a connection key. 3. In wp-admin, go to Adverships Settings, paste the key, and click Connect. 4. Done — clicks and sales now flow to Adverships. ## FAQ ### Do I need an Adverships account? Yes. The plugin links your store to an Adverships business account. You can start a 30-day free trial at https://adverships.com. ### Does it work with page caching? Yes. Sales and refunds are reported server-to-server from WooCommerce order events, so they are recorded even if storefront pages are cached. ### Is WooCommerce required? Sale and refund reporting require WooCommerce. Click tracking works on any page. ### How does billing work? Adverships is a paid subscription service with a 30-day free trial. Billing is handled entirely on adverships.com — this plugin never processes payments.
