Each one has its own settings page. ## FAQ ### Can I try it before installing? Yes. The [demo](https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-powerups-for-woocommerce/?preview=1) opens a test WooCommerce store in your browser with sample products, customers and orders, and a few power-ups already switched on. Nothing you do there touches a real site. ### Will it slow down my store? Only the power-ups you switch on run, and most of them work on admin screens only. On a test store with 100,000 orders, the Orders and Users lists loaded within 20 milliseconds of their speed without the plugin. Settings that can slow a very large store are marked with a warning and a faster choice. ### Does it work with HPOS and the block checkout? Yes. It supports High-performance order storage and the classic and block checkouts. Advanced order search needs High-performance order storage switched on. ### Does it work on multisite? Yes. Each site has its own power-ups and settings. On multisite, the riskiest developer tools are limited to super admins. ### Is there a paid version? Everything described here is free, and nothing in the plugin is locked. ### What happens if my host moves the site to an older PHP version? The plugin needs PHP 8.1 or newer. On an older version it stops loading and shows administrators a notice: “Admin Powerups for WooCommerce needs PHP 8.1 or newer.” Your settings and data are kept, and the power-ups start working again once the site is back on PHP 8.1 or newer. Deleting the plugin while the site runs older PHP leaves its data in place. ### What happens to my data if I turn a power-up off or delete the plugin? Turning a power-up off keeps its settings and data. Each power-up’s page has a Data section where you can delete what it stores. Deleting the plugin removes its settings and data unless you switch on “Keep data if the plugin is deleted”. Customer accounts, saved addresses, order statuses and order notes are part of your store and always stay. ### Why doesn’t “Accounts for guest orders” add orders to an account that already has the same email? WooCommerce doesn’t check that people own the email they sign up with, so linking by email could show one customer’s orders to someone else. Automatic conversion leaves those orders as guest orders and adds a note. If you trust how accounts get created on your store, the “Convert past orders” tool can link them when you turn on “Use an existing account with the same email”. ### The Checkout blocklist doesn’t block an IP address shown on the order. Why? The blocklist checks the address connecting to your site. Behind a proxy or CDN such as Cloudflare, that’s the proxy’s address, while WooCommerce shows the shopper’s address from forwarded headers. A developer can pass the real address with the ` apwc_blocklist_ip` filter. Don’t block the proxy’s address: that blocks everyone. ### Does the Email log work with my SMTP plugin? Yes. It logs the WooCommerce emails your store sends, whichever service delivers them.
