Note that this plugin is largely obsolete with the new admin ribbon in WP3.
This plugin provides a widget which can contain links to pages in the administration panel in one of your sidebars.
These links are only visible to those already logged in as an administrator.
Version 1.2.0 added loginout links and displays a login form for logged-out users.

Add the widget to your page
Set the options to select which links you want displayed
