## Description

Get instant new lead alerts on your phone and via email from WordPress contact forms,
with per-form CRM labels and one-touch follow-ups via 365 CRM.

### 365 CRM Integration for WordPress

365 CRM connects to popular WordPress contact forms to give you instant alerts of
new leads, so you can get in touch with them via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone
call within seconds.

It also offers lead management, follow-up reminders, and one-touch calls, WhatsApp,
SMS, iMessage, and emails from the 365 CRM mobile app.

365 CRM works with popular WordPress contact forms such as [Contact Form 7](https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/),
[WPForms](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpforms-lite/), [Elementor Forms](https://elementor.com/features/form-builder/),
[Gravity Forms](https://www.gravityforms.com/), [Ninja Forms](https://wordpress.org/plugins/ninja-forms/),
[Fluent Forms](https://wordpress.org/plugins/fluentform/), [Formidable Forms](https://wordpress.org/plugins/formidable/),
[Everest Forms](https://wordpress.org/plugins/everest-forms/), [Forminator](https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/),
[MetForm](https://wordpress.org/plugins/metform/), Divi and Houzez.

### Per-form CRM labels

If one plugin powers several forms (for example 5 Contact Form 7 forms), you can
set a unique CRM label for each individual form. Every lead sent to 365 CRM carries
both your global Website Name (`cf_reference`) and that form’s label (`label`),
so you always know exactly which form a lead came from. Leave a label empty to use
the form title automatically.

### External services

This plugin relies on the 365 CRM service (https://www.365crm.io/). A free or paid
365 CRM account is required.

 * When you save the plugin settings, your Account Token is verified against https://
   api.365crm.io/.
 * When a visitor submits a linked contact form, the submitted form fields together
with your Account Token, Website Name, form name and per-form label are sent
to https://api.365crm.io/ so 365 CRM can deliver your new-lead alert.

This plugin connects your site to the 365 CRM service (https://www.365crm.io/) and
requires a free or paid 365 CRM account:
 See our [WordPress integration guide](https://www.365crm.io/wordpress-website)
for details.

## Installation

It only takes a minute to connect WordPress to your 365 CRM account:

**Prerequisites:**

 1. You should have a contact form plugin installed on your website (e.g. Contact Form
7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, etc.), with at least one
    contact form created already.
 2. You should have a valid [365 CRM account](https://www.365crm.io/) (sign-up takes
    less than a minute).

**Installation steps:**

 1. Install this **365 CRM** plugin and activate it.
 2. Click on the **365 CRM** tab in your WordPress admin panel to configure it.
 3. Enter your **365 CRM Account Token** (copied from your 365 CRM account).
 4. Optionally set a **Website Name** – shown on your new lead alerts so you know where
    each lead came from.
 5. Toggle on the contact form plugin(s) you want to link, expand each one to set a
unique label per form, and click **SAVE**.

Once done, submit a test lead on your website contact form to make sure it arrives
instantly in your 365 CRM account.

## FAQ

### Do I need a 365 CRM account to use this plugin?

Yes. Leads are sent to the 365 CRM service and delivered as instant alerts to your
365 CRM mobile app and registered email address. If you don’t have an account yet,
create one at [https://www.365crm.io/](https://www.365crm.io/).

### Are the lead alerts instant or delayed?

Instant. As soon as a visitor submits a linked contact form, 365 CRM sends you a
new lead alert via the mobile app and your registered email address.

### What is the per-form label?

A short name you assign to each individual form (for example each of your Contact
Form 7 forms). It is sent with every lead as the `label` field so you can tell forms
apart in 365 CRM. If left empty, the form’s own title is used. Your global Website
Name is always sent separately as `cf_reference`.

### Which form plugins are supported?

Contact Form 7, WPForms (and WPForms Lite), Elementor Pro Forms / PRO Elements,
Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Forminator, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest
Forms, MetForm, Divi and Houzez.

### Is my data secure?

Lead data is transmitted securely to the 365 CRM service only when a linked form
is submitted, and only so your instant lead alerts can be delivered. You always
keep full control over your data and can disconnect the plugin at any time.
