The FREE version includes up to 3 agents, lead capture, basic statistics, country detection, avatar customization, color customization, button positioning, responsive design, and Spanish and English support. 360 Connect Hub is an independent NET360 project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. ### Features * Up to 3 WhatsApp agents in the FREE version. * Capture name, email, message, page, and selected agent. * Basic lead statistics. * Country detection when enabled. * Customizable avatar. * Customizable header color. * Configurable button position and spacing. * Responsive design for desktop and mobile. * Spanish and English support. ### External Services 360 Connect Hub may use Cloudflare when the site is behind Cloudflare to obtain the country code provided in the HTTP_CF_IPCOUNTRY header. When Cloudflare does not provide that value and country detection is enabled, the plugin may query FreeIPAPI over HTTPS to obtain the country code associated with the visitor IP address. The request contains the visitor IP address. Site owners should disclose this processing to visitors according to their applicable privacy obligations. FreeIPAPI states that its free service allows commercial use and applies rate limits. Site administrators are responsible for configuring appropriate privacy notices and retention policies according to applicable law. ### Development and Source Code All custom PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and other source code used by this plugin is included in the plugin package. Open 360 Connect Hub > Settings. 3. Configure the company name, avatar, appearance, and agents. 4. Save the settings. 5. The widget will appear automatically on the frontend. ## FAQ ### How many agents are included in FREE? Up to 3 agents. ### Does the FREE version export leads to Excel? No. Lead export to Excel is planned for the PRO version. ### Is 360 Connect Hub an official WhatsApp product?
