## Light Carrot Cake

#### Ingredients:

 * 200 ml vegetable oil
 * 110g natural yogurt
 * 3 large eggs
 * ½ orange, zested
 * 265 gr un
 * 335 gr teker şekeri
 * 2 çay kaşığı tarçın
 * ¼ taze hindistan cevizi, rendelenmiş
 * 250 gr rendelenmiş havuç
 * 50 gr fındık, kabaca doğranmış (isteğe bağlı)

 * 270 gr pudra şekeri
 * 80 gr yumuşak peynir
