    I notice that many of wp users are doing some kind of trainings. I supose it would be great to share workout progress with friends and family on wp rather it is regular or once a week training.

    What is important to log?

    Most important: Average heart rate, maximum heart rate, distance, time and how you felt on workout.

    The most perfect example can be found here http://workoutlog.com/log/athlete/index.cfm

    Hope somebody can take this challenge by making great WorkOUT Log plugin.
