    you can use different member ship plugin which is availble on market . or do one thing make post with passwords ..

  2. This is a good candidate for core, I think.
    It makes sense to hide posts that are no longer relevant but reference or for a very long-tail search - so it's a different thing from noindexing. Anyway, it's more useful than a private post.
    Lots of websites/themes are already doing it in all sorts of suboptimal ways. As soon as the theme is changed, functionality becomes broken and has to be done all over again.

    I made a plugin a while ago that does this very thing: https://wordpress.org/plugins/unlist-my-post/ which might be of interest. If you're using custom code/plugins you may need to play with the filter hooks.
