Template Hierarchy Change

Change home.php to blog.php. Keep home.php working for themes created prior to change.

It doesn't make sense that it's called home.php when you can set the blog to be any page using the general settings.

If I create a theme with a front-page.php file and a home.php file, it looks confusing when viewing the files.

One could argue that it also wouldn't make sense to have a template called blog.php if the site doesn't have a blog :)

Even if a site uses posts, it may not be for a blog.

I do agree that the perceived meaning of home and front-page is somewhat similar though. But meh, it's just the way it is. We devs know the difference, and that's all that matters.
