make standart warning commenter about premoderation before he posted

wp is one of standard-making scripts.
    lie is bad.
when commenter who does not know very much about internet of nowadays, i.e. beginner internet surfer, writes something, he thinks that his post will appear. but in much cases it is hold for moderation and shown only to him. so before he clicks "submit", script lies to him, because it makes him think that his comment will be shown, because it should warn him about this. usual people by default understand not warning as the comment will appear immediately. so not warning is lying.
make in default wordpress themes warning commenter if premoderation is turned on. btw it is default setting now. and more generally speaking, rules of commenting, for example also may be shown that only his first comment is premoderated, and this warning should be changed by plug-in if commenting rule is changed by plug-in.
please make it default in wordpress hoping this will effect other theme authors and other script developers.

of course i mean warning not just before posting, but it should be visible before commenter begins to write.
add after several minutes: i say "of course" because if commenter begins to write, he cannot be sure (because to be sure he need to explore code of site), his writing can be sent with ajax.

It is up to the theme whether or not a warning is displayed. Many themes do include a warning line that the comment will be held for moderation if the site owner has moderation rules in effect.
