Built in multilangual plugin

Built in multilanguage support is one of the most necessary features of any cms and most noticeable lack of wordpress. Yes There are a lot of multilingual plugins. But only normal operating one is WPML.
However in order to translate plugins with WMPL developers should also follow WPML instructions that not always done.
So there are always big problems with multilingual support.

Joomla included it since version 1.7.

I am asking you to include built in multilingual plugin in wordpress.

qtranslate plugin offers the things you need. It not only manages article translations but also switches the complete site (“user interface”) language.

Yes, it has. but It will be more solid if WordPress will have it built in because other plugins will integrate their code with it.

Developers of plugins not always do integration with qtranslate and there are always problems.

Incorrect assessment. WP doesn't build all of the best plugins :) anyone who writes the killer plugin for this can do so inside (or outside) of Automattic, and it would be appreciated.

The ability to translate is there, and qTranslate capitalizes it. But not all plugins are correctly building in the ability to translate as it stands (myself included, yeah, I know).

Duplicate. I believe http://wordpress.org/extend/ideas/topic/multiple-languages-blogging-a-core-solution is pretty popular.
